Impact Edge 360 Book a strategy call

Stop writing your emails at 11pm.

We rebuild and run your email marketing so your list starts booking calls consistently, without you writing a single email.

It has been a while, and that is on me

Hi {first name},

You joined this list for the practical notes on building a business around what you know. Then I went quiet. That is on me, not you.

From this week I am writing here again, three times a week. Short, useful, and about the one thing that actually moves a coaching business forward.

If that is not for you any more, the link at the bottom removes you in one click. No hard feelings.

If you are still building, tell me one thing: what is the part of your business you are avoiding right now? Hit reply. I read every one.

Talk soon,
{your name}

Built for lists that went quiet.

Coaches, consultants and service providers with an audience they built themselves.

This is for you when

  • You have a list or an audience you built organically, and it has gone quiet.
  • You are already sending, but it is duct-taped together and you want someone to make sense of it.
  • You have an offer of your own to sell, and calls are how you sell it.
  • You would rather run the business than the newsletter.

We say no when

  • The list was bought or scraped. We always ask where the emails came from.
  • There is no list and no audience yet.
  • There is no offer of your own to sell.
  • You want a result locked in before we start. We do not work that way, and we say so up front.

The first 14 days.

Month one is setup and the launch. Each item exists to remove one specific worry, the one written under it.

14 days from the day we start to the day you are live.

  1. List clean-up and full verification

I don't know if these still work. I'll get marked as spam.

  2. Domain records checked and completed

The technical side is a wall.

  3. Platform migration, only if it is needed

I'm on the wrong tool and I don't want to deal with moving.

  4. Tagging and segmentation, built and automated

    Everyone gets the same email.

  5. Email marketing strategy

I don't know what to say.

  6. Launch sequence: 7 emails over 5 days

The list is cold and I'm scared to just start sending.

  7. Re-engagement flow

People go quiet again and nobody prunes them.

  8. Booking link, used only in emails

I can't tell if it actually worked.

Then, every week.

Once the launch has run, the rhythm starts. Three emails a week, in your voice, on your platform.

Send days shown as an example. The exact days are set with you in the strategy.

3 emails a week

I can't stay consistent.

Up to 2 revisions per email

It won't sound like me.

Subject line testing

Nobody opens them.

Monthly report

I can't tell if it worked.

30-minute strategy call, every two weeks

I'll be left in the dark.

Annual list re-verification

The list decays and nobody maintains it.

One list, one launch.

The client asked to stay unnamed, and we keep that. Booked calls are the only number we report. Revenue depends on the offer and the sales process behind it, so we do not claim it.

A personal-brand coach came to us with nearly 6,000 email addresses sitting unused. No recent sends, no bookings from email, and a real risk of landing in spam the moment sending restarted.

We verified the full list and removed the dead and risky addresses. We built a lead magnet, a seven-day sprint, with an opt-in page and a thank-you page. Then a seven-email sequence, one a day. No pitch until the list was opening again.

5 calls booked on the final day of the sequence.

2 to 3 calls a week for the four weeks after.

How we work.

The terms are plain, and they are the same for everyone.

Copy goes to you first

Every email reaches you at least 24 hours before it sends, with up to two revisions. Reply with changes, or tell us to hold it. If we hear nothing, it sends as written.

Your platform, your account

Your name, your card, your data. We work inside it and only move you when the tool itself is the problem.

Monday to Thursday, and Saturday

WhatsApp or email. Replies within one working day. Friday and Sunday we are closed.

Up to 25,000 subscribers and 3 segments

Above that, we quote separately. More than three emails a week is a new price.

Three months to start, then monthly

Thirty days written notice, either side. Price is discussed on the call, once we have seen the list and the offer.

You keep everything on exit

The list, the copy, the sequences and the setup stay yours. We hand over, document it, and remove our access.

Thirty minutes on where your list is, and where it could go.

  • Where you are now.
  • Where you want to get to.
  • How to get there, whether or not we work together.

Questions we expect.

Do you write in my voice?

Yes. Strategy first, then copy that reads like you. You see every email at least 24 hours before it sends, you can revise it twice, and you can tell us to hold it.

Which platforms do you work with?

Kit, ActiveCampaign and GoHighLevel are the ones we work in. If you are elsewhere, we look first. We only migrate when the tool is the problem.

What happens in the first two weeks?

Setup: verification, domain records, segmentation, strategy and the launch sequence. You are live within 14 days of the start.

What results should I expect?

We aim for booked calls and we measure them every month. Revenue depends on your offer and your sales process, so we do not put a number on it. We would rather say that here than on an invoice.

What if I bought my list?

Then we are not the right fit. Sending to a bought list damages your domain and your name, and we do not do it.

What does it cost?

We talk about price on the call, once we have seen the list and the offer. There is a three-month minimum, then it rolls monthly with thirty days notice either side.

Do I have to move platforms?

Usually not. You keep your own account, your name and your card. We only move you when the tool itself is the problem, and we say so before anything changes.

Who owns what?

You do. Your platform, your list, your copy, your sequences. If we part ways, you get a handover document and we remove our access.
